Who is responsible for your information

CEREARK Group is responsible for information collected through this website. Questions about this notice or requests concerning your information should be submitted through the contact form.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, work email, role, organisation, area of interest, preferred contact format and the information you provide about your question or requirement. Basic technical logs may also be created by the hosting provider for security, reliability and abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use submitted information to assess and respond to enquiries, arrange conversations, determine whether an engagement is appropriate, maintain necessary business records and protect the security of the website. We do not use the enquiry form to create a marketing subscription.

Lawful basis

Information is processed because it is necessary to respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps before entering into a business relationship. Limited records may also be retained where CEREARK has a legitimate interest in maintaining enquiry, security and professional correspondence records.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by website hosting and form-handling providers and by authorised CEREARK personnel who need it to respond. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security.

Retention

Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised when they are no longer reasonably required. Records connected to an active engagement, legal obligation, dispute or professional relationship may be retained for longer where necessary.

International processing

Hosting or business service providers may process information in more than one country. Where applicable, CEREARK expects providers to use appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and to complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Use the contact form to make a request.

Security and sensitive information

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect submitted information. However, no public website can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit classified, legally privileged, special-category personal data or commercially restricted material through the public form.

Cookies and analytics

This release does not intentionally deploy advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. Essential hosting and security functions may use technical storage where necessary to operate the site.

Changes

This notice may be updated when the website, hosting arrangements or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows the current version.
