About CEREARK

Consequential capability requires clear authority, evidence and effective control.

CEREARK brings the two together.

Our purpose

Help leaders keep consequential technology, AI and organisational change under effective control.

We help executives, organisations and public institutions improve capability while retaining control of the decisions, dependencies and risks upon which outcomes depend.

Our work improves decision confidence, institutional resilience, executive capacity and control of critical dependencies.

Vision

Authority and freedom of action

A world in which leaders and institutions can adopt powerful capabilities while retaining authority, resilience, accountability and freedom of action.

Mission

Design, build, commission and assure

We create the governance frameworks, executive operating systems and quality disciplines that enable confident leadership through complexity.

Brand promise

Under effective control. Measurable. Defensible.

We make complex capability easier to understand, direct, evidence, challenge and sustain.

Our history

More than two decades of testing, quality and assurance discipline—applied to consequential change.

CEREARK builds on more than two decades of work in software testing, quality, professional capability development and assurance.

That heritage established a simple habit: important claims should be tested, evidence should be traceable and readiness should be demonstrated rather than declared.

As institutions become more automated and intelligence-dependent, CEREARK is extending those disciplines into executive systems, intelligence governance and institutional resilience.

Our philosophy

We work at the point where leadership, technology, governance and assurance meet.

Calm authority

We avoid hype, theatre and false certainty.

Human judgement

Technology supports accountable authority; it does not erase it.

Evidence discipline

We distinguish fact, judgement, inference and hypothesis.

Practical governance

Controls must work in the environment where decisions are made.

Founding leadership

Shared stewardship. Clear accountability.

CEREARK was co-founded by Onosoji O. Ononuga and Demola O. Adesina.

Co-Founder & Chief Executive

Onosoji O. Ononuga is a quality, risk and assurance leader whose work spans programme test management, institutional governance, AI assurance and executive operating models. He co-founded CEREARK to bring disciplined assurance and practical governance to the capabilities on which modern organisations increasingly depend.

His work includes the CEREARK Executive Office and the Intelligence Sovereignty Framework.

Demola O. Adesina

Co-Founder & Executive Group Director

Demola O. Adesina is a senior software quality, testing and assurance leader with more than 23 years of experience delivering and governing complex technology change. His work spans enterprise test strategy, programme test management, quality governance, supplier assurance, team leadership, training and the development of high-performing testing functions.

He is President of the Association of Nigeria Software Testers (ANST), where he provides national leadership in advancing software quality, professional standards, practitioner capability and digital trust. As Co-Founder and Executive Group Director of CEREARK, he brings deep practical experience in quality engineering, risk-based assurance and the governance of complex digital delivery.

“The capability you depend on is not the same as the capability you control.”

CEREARK convenes specialist expertise around each engagement and remains accountable for the coherence, evidence and quality of the work.

Our approach

Begin with the decision—not the fashionable solution.

01

Define the consequential question

Clarify what decision, capability or readiness conclusion leadership must make.

02

Establish the evidence baseline

Separate observed fact, professional judgement, organisational constraint and hypothesis.

03

Design proportionate governance

Create only the authority, controls, workflows and artefacts the context requires.

04

Commission and assure

Test whether the operating capability works as designed and remains effective over time.

A serious conversation

Important decisions should remain supported as circumstances change.

Speak with CEREARK about the leadership, intelligence or assurance challenge that now requires a more deliberate operating model.
